2024 Disney Vacation Raffle

Terms & Conditions 1. The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Florida and California) who are 18 years of age and over. 2. Tickets are non-refundable. 3. The winner will be selected at a random drawing on April 24, 2024. The drawing date may be extended if insufficient tickets are sold. 4. Entrants do not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone according to the contact information provided on the raffle ticket. 5. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. 6. Prize must be used towards a Disney Destination Vacation Package booked through Coasters & Castles Travel by Lisa. 7. Airfare and/or transportation to get to and from the Disney Destination is not included. 8. Trip is transferable to another person one time in the event the winner cannot or does not want to use the vacation voucher. 9. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Austin’s 2nd Star Suicide Prevention Foundation and Coasters & Castles Travel, its respective subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, volunteers and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
